Howdy folks!
I have just one question for you. What are you going to do next?!
If your answer is, “I’m going to Disney World!” (or Disneyland – yay!) I couldn’t be more excited for you! If it’s your first time or your 1,000th time, it’s guaranteed to be a magical time.
My first trip to Disney World was in 2nd grade. I’ve been back to the parks every year since. I participated in the Walt Disney World College Program as an attractions hostess in the Animal Kingdom. And, as good fortune would have it, I have a career at Disney. Talk about your happily ever after.
Why start another Disney blog?! I couldn’t find one blog that focused on how to stay DisneyFit.
I am not a no-fun monster!
But we all know that it can take years to shed 5 pounds and 1 bad week to gain it all back. No – it is not fair.
I thought why not share how I manage to do both: enjoy Disney and not undo all that hard-hard work I put into taking care of myself.
Important note – I am not a registered dietician. I am level 1 certified lagree trainer plus health & fitness fantastic. I have watched my body change through diligence and mindfulness. My body will actually crave brussels sprouts (I know, right – weird), my legs will crave a morning run. My body will also crave rest and Tiki Room Dole Whip. It is this balance that I have tapped into over the past 20+ years of dedication to my health.
